Thai Chicken Salad

Ingredients :

  • Soy sprouts
  • Baby Spinach
  • Spring mix salad
  • Carrots
  • Beetroot
  • Flat Beans 
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Thai pepper ( Red and green )
  • Coriander
  • Tarragon
  • 5 oz. of chicken breast

Cook the flat beans in a pan with oil for 5 minutes.

Brown the chicken breasts in the pan.

In a nice white or coloured plate, put a handful of salad, a handful of baby spinach, a handful of soy sprouts, a handful of finely chopped carrots and a beetroot also finely chopped.

Once cooked add the beans and chicken.

Dressing :

  • 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • Half a red and half a green chilli pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 handful of sesame seeds previously grilled in a pan for 5 minutes.

Decorate the dish to your taste by adding coriander and tarragon.
