Ingredients :
- Soy sprouts
- Baby Spinach
- Spring mix salad
- Carrots
- Beetroot
- Flat Beans
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Sesame oil
- Rice Vinegar
- Thai pepper ( Red and green )
- Coriander
- Tarragon
- 5 oz. of chicken breast
Cook the flat beans in a pan with oil for 5 minutes.
Brown the chicken breasts in the pan.
In a nice white or coloured plate, put a handful of salad, a handful of baby spinach, a handful of soy sprouts, a handful of finely chopped carrots and a beetroot also finely chopped.
Once cooked add the beans and chicken.
Dressing :
- 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- Half a red and half a green chilli pepper, finely chopped
- 1 handful of sesame seeds previously grilled in a pan for 5 minutes.
Decorate the dish to your taste by adding coriander and tarragon.
